Prices are per person per day (including of VAT), for accommodation in a double room and buffet breakfast.

The price does not include the local tourist tax of € 3,00 per person per day (for guests aged 14 upwards), which is payable on site.

Deposit

Cancellation Policy*

The right of withdrawal as laid down in the Consumers’ Code is not contemplated – however, we are willing to apply the following conditions for withdrawal:

• • Cancellation until 30 days prior the day of arrival: the deposit will be retained.
• Cancellation from 29 until 8 days before the day of arrival: 50% of the agreed total price
  less the paid deposit.
•  Cancellation from 7 days before the day of arrival or in case of no-show: 100% of the agreed total price less the paid deposit.
• In case of early departure or late arrival: 100% of the agreed current price for every day not
  used.

Arrival and departure

Your room will be available from 2 pm. to 7 pm. on your day of arrival.

The room should be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.
